By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, you have the authority to enter into these Terms, and you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Our Services

Nine Thread Studio provides brand strategy and creative services for founders and startups, including brand positioning and messaging, visual identity design, website design and development, content strategy and copywriting, and social media management.

Service tiers and pricing are outlined on our services page. Final pricing will be confirmed in individual project agreements.

4. Booking Discovery Calls

You may book a discovery call through our website via Calendly. By booking a call you agree to provide accurate contact information, attend at the scheduled time or provide reasonable notice to reschedule, and understand that discovery calls are exploratory and do not constitute a commitment to work together.

5. Project Agreements

If we agree to work together we will provide a separate project agreement that includes scope of work, deliverables and timelines, payment terms, intellectual property rights, and revision process. These Terms are supplemented by but do not replace individual project agreements.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Nine Thread Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment ownership of final deliverables transfers to you as specified in your project agreement. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio and use work for promotional purposes. You grant us a licence to use any materials you provide solely for the purpose of completing your project. Any third party assets used in your project are subject to their respective licences.

7. Website Use

You may use our website to learn about our services, contact us or book discovery calls, follow our Substack, and view our portfolio and case studies. You may not use automated tools to scrape or copy content from our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, post or transmit harmful code or malicious software, impersonate Nine Thread Studio, or use our website for unlawful purposes.

8. Payment Terms

All pricing is in Euros unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed according to individual project agreements. We accept payment via bank transfer and Stripe. Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or withholding of deliverables until payment is received.

9. Revisions and Approvals

Project specific revision policies will be outlined in individual agreements. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra fees. You are responsible for reviewing and approving work in a timely manner as delays in feedback may affect project timelines.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel a project you must provide written notice and are responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits and initial payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to terminate a project if you fail to provide necessary materials or feedback, violate these Terms, or payment is significantly overdue.

11. Confidentiality

We respect the confidential nature of your business information and will keep your proprietary information confidential, not disclose sensitive business details without permission, and use information solely for the purpose of completing your project.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific business results including revenue, conversions, or funding from our services.

13. Disclaimer of Results

While we strive to deliver high quality work we cannot guarantee that your startup will secure funding, specific conversion rates or business outcomes, or that investors or customers will respond in a particular way. Success depends on many factors outside our control.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain. If you are located in the EU you have additional consumer protection rights under local law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
